
This class is inspired by my teacher training in Sun Power Yoga and offers a practice of breath, movement, and relaxation. It is a great mix of Sivananda and Vinyasa yoga.
We begin with relaxation, followed by Pranayama (breathing techniques). The practice then flows into a dynamic movement section, starting with gentle warm-ups and progressing into powerful Sun Salutations. We close the session with deep relaxation.
This class is suitable for sporty beginners as well as practitioners with some yoga experience.
