30 Minutes Barre Class on Zoom. Is a fun filled, short Barre class, this class is about consistency and turning up at the barre, this will help you get some great results and hopefully encourage you to join some longer classes in the future. We start with a short arrival at the barre followed by the signature vintage barre warm up, the warm up moves all parts of your body. We then follow with our at the barre exercises for legs and end with core exercises and a cool down.

ABOUT YOGA & BARRE TEACHER HANNAH MILLS
Hannah Mills has been training in Barre since 2018 when she discovered Barreworks in Richmond, London. Fast forward to the pandemic and Hannah came into contact with the ladies from TheLondonMethod, based in Long Beach California,they had direct contact with Esther Fairfax, the daughter of Lotte Berk (known as the founder of Barre). Hannah completed the training and got her class signed off by Esther. Since then she has used Barre to help get back and gain extra strength after having her kids. She is looking forward to bringing Barre to you.
