Combining relaxation with some energizing moves to invigorate you for the rest of the day, you will feel refreshed and ready to tackle those afternoon challenges, be it work or looking after kids.Â
We start with a short relaxation and pranayama ( breath work) followed by poses (asanas) to counter in particular desk work and smartphone neck, ending with a short sivasana (end relaxation). Before you return to your day.
